Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time with no penalty. Annual subscribers can cancel before their renewal date for a prorated refund.

What geographic area does SiteData cover?

SiteData currently covers all 254 Texas counties using statewide StratMap parcel data sourced from TNRIS, with 14.3 million parcels scored and indexed.

How is the site score calculated?

Each parcel receives a composite score (0–100) across five dimensions: Infrastructure (30%), Labor (25%), Incentive (20%), Land (15%), and Environment (10%). You can customize these weights to match your project criteria.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your saved searches, projects, and activity are private to your account. We do not sell or share user data with third parties.
