What's included in the free trial?

Full access to everything in the Early Access Subscription for 1 day. A payment method is required to start the trial; if you cancel within the first day you won't be charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account menu — your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

What geographic area does SiteData cover?

SiteData currently covers all 254 Texas counties using statewide StratMap parcel data sourced from TNRIS, with 14.3 million parcels scored and indexed.

How is the site score calculated?

Each parcel receives a composite score (0–100) across five dimensions: Infrastructure (30%), Labor (25%), Incentive (20%), Land (15%), and Environment (10%). You can customize these weights to match your project criteria.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your saved searches, projects, and activity are private to your account. We do not sell or share user data with third parties.
